Vocational Skills Partnership (Wales) Ltd is a truly unique training consortium that delivers high quality Work Based Learning qualifications and Jobs Growth Wales opportunities across a number of high priority routes in Wales, including; Childcare and Early Years, Engineering, Health & Social Care and Management.
VSP is currently made up of the following four members, all of whom own an equal share of the consortium and operate on a partnership (rather than a sub- contract) basis: Aspiration Training (Wales) Ltd, Educ8 Ltd, Network Training Services Ltd and TSW Training Ltd.
Over the last 6 years, VSP has evolved into one of Wales’ leading and best performing consortia; since its inception it has experienced significant growth (Apprenticeship funding has increased from £5.67m in Aug 2011 to over £11m in 2017-18) whilst also achieving 100% of its allocated WBL contract and continuously exceeding national comparators for achievement (consistently surpassing 80%)

Other key achievements of VSP include:
Securing a WG Progress for Success contract (one of only three contract-holders) which allowed us to engage with 500 additional learners
Being one of only 6 direct contract-holders for the Jobs Growth Wales programme allowing us to source high quality work placements for 600 young people and progressing them onto apprenticeships
In conjunction with Acorn and Babcock Training, VSP led the development of the Wellbeing Hub which was identified as ‘Excellent Practice’ by Estyn
VSP has established a high profile, annual awards ceremony to celebrate success of learners, employers, Jobs Growth Wales participants and employees
